ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrayed as A2 and A3 in Crime No.41 of 2015 were already granted Interim anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4929 of 2015 on 17.03.2015 on the condition that they should return all articles to the defacto complainant. The first petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m. As per order, the petitioners have returned the articles to the defacto complainant and also furnished the details of the first accused.

2. When the petition came up for hearing on 17.03.2015. the learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that at the time of marriage, the defacto complainant was given Rs.5 lakhs and it was withdrawn from her account by the accused. Therefore, this Court directed the petitioners to deposit Rs.5 lakhs with the account of the defacto complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed an affidavit dated 28.04.2015 stating that the amount of Rs.5 lakhs was deposited on 27.04.2015 and as per the earlier order, the amount shall be withdrawn subject to the result of the criminal case. Hence, the interim anticipatory bail is made absolute. The petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.

4. The learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that the petitioners have not returned all the jewels of the defacto complainant.
