For Petitioner : Mr.N.Tamilmani For R1 and R2 : Mr.M.Rajarajan, (in both Writ Petitions) Government Advocate. COMMON ORDER According to the petitioner, he is the Managing Trustee of one Arulmigu Renganatha Samy Thirukovil and Duraisamy Thenkondar Chatram, Thanjavur. Earlier, proceedings under Section 78 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act, 1959, have been initiated by the second respondent in M.P.Nos.10 and 18 of 2017. But, so far no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petitions are filed.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the cases, as the proceedings have been initiated by the second respondent in the year 2017, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry, and pass suitable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
