Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to refix the tender conditions and imposed the condition to remit 3% of 70 % of the monthly sales of the petitioner shop instead of 3% of entire monthly sales of the bar attached to the petitioner shop bearing Shop No.8537 situated at Oonchanpatti Village, Theni District within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
According to the petitioner, he is running a bar in Tasmac Shop No.8537 situated at Oonchanpatti Village, Theni District. At the time of granting licence, the petitioner was directed to pay the licence fees of 3% of entire monthly sales. Subsequently, the condition has been modified to the effect that to pay 3% of 70% of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the monthly sales as licence fees. In the above circumstances, the petitioner made a representation to the third respondent to reduce the licence fees on 21.03.2018, but so far no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2018, and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
