Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner herein is working as Driver in the second respondent Corporation in the year 1998. The bus in which he was driving got involved in an accident on 27.05.2016. Due to which, a criminal case was registered against the petitioner and the same is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Nilakottai. The impugned order was passed on 23.02.2018 by the second respondent. Questioning the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent on 13.04.2017. It appears that the said appeal is yet to be disposed of.

4.Therefore, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 13.04.2017 filed by the petitioner herein, questioning the impugned order dated 23.02.2017 on or before 31.07.2017, if not already disposed of. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
