Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3.The petitioner was employed in the office of the Commandant / second respondent's office. He voluntarily retired from service. He seeks refixation of Scale of Pay and also wants to revise the pension and other benefits. In this regard, he has given a representation dated 21.12.2017 to the respondents herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

4.It is open to the authority to pass orders one way or the other. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
