ORDER

This Court finds that the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition are completely jumbled up and incomprehensible as to what is the issue that has been projected in this writ petition. The facts are disjoined and also sketchy and bereft of any details and therefore, under such circumstances, the writ petition cannot be entertained by this Court. It is very unfortunate that the learned counsel, who is appearing for the petitioner, has carelessly drafted the affidavit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.5570 of 2021 without taking a minimum care to come up with a proper case calling for the attention of this Court.

2.In view of the above, the writ petition cannot be entertained by this Court at all and therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed.

3.However, It is open to the petitioner to approach this Court by filing proper affidavit cohesively with certain amount of clarity as to what relief he is intended to seek, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
