ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to dispose the Mutual Divorce Petition in HMOP.No.12 of 2022 for relaxation of the cooling period pending before the Sub Court, Pudukkottai as expeditiously as possible.

2.HMOP.No.12 of 2022 was filed by the revision petitioners for divorce, which was adjourned on 23.08.2022 by the learned Sub Judge, Pudukkottai. Aggrieved by the same, the revision petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition.

(*)3.A perusal of records show that HMOP.No.12 of 2022 is pending for Mutual Divorce, before the Sub Court, Pudukkottai. However, the revision petitioners without filing a petition before the trial Court for relaxation the cooling period, they filed this Civil Revision Petition straight away before this Court. Therefore, the revision petitioners are directed to file a petition before the Sub Court, Pudukkottai for relaxation of cooling period and the learned Sub Judge, Pudukkottai is directed to consider the same, in view of the agreement between the parties.
