ORDER
The petitioners have approached this Court that the 2nd respondent Police is harassing them under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the matrimonial dispute, a complaint was received from the 3rd respondent and it has been treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.49 of 2024.
3. Since it is a matrimonial dispute, the petitioners and the 3rd respondent shall co-operate for enquiry. The 2nd respondent police is not supposed to keep the petition/enquiry pending for more than four weeks. The respondent police is expected to conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, the respondent police is expected not to 2/4
harass the petitioners.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
