O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C,praying for direction to the Fast Track Court cum special court for Land Grabbing cases (Judicial Magistrate Level) Thoothukudi to expedite the trial in C.C.No.87 of 2013 in a strict manner within a stipulated time.

2. The petitioner is the accused, who seeks earlier disposal of a case alleging offences under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act against him, no prejudice would be caused to the respondent by so ordering.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that over last six months the matter is pending at the stage of arguments. If so, there shall be a direction to the Fast Track Court cum special court for Land Grabbing cases (Judicial Magistrate Level) Thoothukudi, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.87 of 2013 and complete the same within a period one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
