This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner except according to due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The petitioner stated that at the instance of the third respondent, the petitioner is being put to harassment. It is further stated that the issue involved in the matter is a dispute revolving around money transaction and that the second respondent has no jurisdiction or authority to entertain the case, as the dispute is purely civil in nature. given to the first respondent on 09.08.2017, it was further stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is being put to harassment.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that no complaint was received either from the third respondent or from anyone as against the petitioner. In the said circumstances, the further submission of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) is that there was no harassment, as no enquiry was ever conducted in connection with any dispute, as stated by the petitioner in the petition.
