ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A6, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c), & 29(i), 25 of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.142 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail. 1/3

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, investigation was completed and final report was filed before the Principal EC NDPS Court, Madurai District, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.991 of 2023. Hence, there is no apprehension of arrest. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
