ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.23059 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition only 32 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.23059 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal District Judge for (EC and NDPS Act) Cases, Madurai, once in a week, ie, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
