This petition is filed to change the investigation in Crime No. 379 of 2013, on the file of the second respondent to some other investigating officer or to some other impartial investigation agency.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in crime No.379 of 2013 has been lapsed under Section 468 of Criminal Procedure Code on 25.12.2016 itself. He would further submit that the investigation has already been closed on 05.07.2017. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
