Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Ni.Mu.No.14047/E1/99 dated 20.06.2006, and quash the same, and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to treat the appointment of the petitioner on 15.07.1978 in the cadre of Assistant Professor as per G.O.Ms.No.613, Education Department, dated 27.03.1978 and give all the benefits consequential to that appointment ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KALAIYARASI BHARATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.D.MURUGANANTHAM, Additional Government Pleader for R1 and R2, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this W.M.P.(MD)No.9622 of 2019 is allowed, on condition to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the Legal Aid Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, on or before 20.06.2019, failing which the petition would stand automatically dismissed.
