ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.(MD).No.11414/2023 in Crl.A(MD).No.703/2023 dated 19.03.2024.

2.The petitioner in his affidavit stated that he has complied with the condition without any default for the past two years. He further submitted that he is a daily wage worker and he was finding very difficult both physically and financially to go to Thanjavur twice daily. The petitioner therefore prayed to relax the condition imposed in the aforesaid order.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the order passed by this court on 19.03.2024 without any default.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the condition No.iii imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
