O R D E R

Though the petitioner has come forward with a positive direction in the writ petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to survey his land based on the representation dated 28.02.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider his representation within the time stipulated by this Court.

Considering the limited scope of prayer that is sought for before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion in the merits of the petitioner's contention, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction. " The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2018 on merits and in accordance with law after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and to any other person who may be interested in the subject matter and such an exercise shall be done with in a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".
