This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to relieve the petitioner from Panchayat Union Primary School, Kottanatham, Gujiliamparai Block, Dindigul District, enabling the petitioner to join duty at Panchayat Union Middle School, Alampatti, Sanarpatti Block Dindigul District as per the transfer order in Na.Ka.No.4255/Aa1/2019, dated 20.11.2019, on the file of the second respondent, within the stipulated time, fixed by this Court.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the relieving order enabling the petitioner to join in the transferred place and the same is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in open Court.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
