ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the respondents 3 and 4 for not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that even though the petitioner was history sheeted person in the year 2005 that was already deleted from the history sheet, now he is running a tea shop, but however, since the robbery took place in the nearby area of the petitioner's tea shop, on that account 110 Cr.P.C. proceedings has been initiated and the same is pending before the 2/4

Tahsildar, Melur, but so far no notice/summons was issued to the petitioner.

3. If any notice/summons is issued to the petitioner, after receiving the summons, the petitioner can work out his remedy before the competent authority. Depending upon the above said enquiry, further action may be taken by the concerned authority.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
