This writ petition has been filed to directing the Respondents to take action on the representation dated 16.003.2018 seeking permission to participate and celebrate the Karkuvel Ayyanar temple festival at Vendrilingapuram, Pattadaikatti Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that there is a law and order problem and hence the petitioner's representation is kept pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 16.03.2018 and dispose of the same at early. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
