This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to investigate the case in Crime No.63 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, as 'further action dropped'.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
