ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the order passed in C.C.No.683 of 2012 on the file of the Fast Track Court, Judicial Magistrate Level, Tuticorin dated 05.12.2014 . 2.The court record reveals that the respondent namely, N.Subramanian died on 17.12.2016.

3.The criminal revision case, challenging the dismissal of the private complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, against the respondent, was presented before this Court on 23.03.2015, however, filed with a delay of 14 days. By the time, the delay was condoned on 26.03.2018, the respondent had lost his breath. Therefore, nothing survives in the criminal revision case. Hence, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed as abated.
