ORDER
The petitioner seeks to quash the Refusal Check Slip issued by the respondent vide RFL/Kalugumalai/10/2025 on 31.01.2025 and direct the respondent not to insist the original documents and to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Sureshkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent, dated 20.02.2025, stating that pursuant to the direction issued by the Additional Inspector General of Registration, Chennai, dated 05.02.2025, the respondent/Sub Registrar has registered the sale deed presented on 31.01.2025 and has given it as Document No.396/2025. 3.The said submission is recorded. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by the respondent/Sub Registrar pending the writ petition, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
