To relax the condition imposed in M.P.(MD). No.1 of 2015 in Crl.A(MD). No.306 of 2015 dated 27.10.2015 on the file of this Honourable High Court Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.KARUNANITHI, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.P.Kandasamy, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.M.P.(MD).No.813 of 2016 is an application filed by the petitioners/appellants 2 and 3 (in Crl.A.(MD).No.306 of 2015) and Crl.M.P.(MD).No.814 of 2016 is an application filed by the petitioners/appellants 1, 4 and 5 (in Crl.A.(MD).No.306 of 2015). These applications have been filed to relax the conditions already imposed by this Court in M.P.(MD).Nos.1 and 2 of 2015, dated 27.10.2015 and 03.12.2015 respectively.

2. In M.P.(MD).Nos.1 and 2 of 2015, the petitioners have been imposed with a condition to report before the concerned Court once in a week I.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

3. It is pointed out in the petition that the petitioners are poor people and they are unable to comply with the condition and hence, they requested to relax the condition.

4. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reported that the petitioners are complying with the condition already imposed by this Court without any violation.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, condition already imposed by this Court in M.P.(MD).Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the Court of the Learned Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thanjavur on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

6. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
