ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of the detenue the petitioner's daughter, namely, Poornimadevi aged about 27 years before this Court and set him at liberty and handed over to the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instruction, submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petitioner's daughter was secured and handed over to the petitioner and closed the complaint as 'Action dropped'. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
