Respondent/Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying for a direction to the respondent to recover the 175.2 gms of jewels pledged by first accused in State Bank of India, Melailanthaikulam Branch, following the Code of Criminal Procedure and produce the same before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli and further direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.203 of 2014 pending on his file and to lay the final repost within a stipulated time.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.203 of 2014 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.203 of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
