ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by T.S. SIVAGNANAM, J.] This writ peition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents to repair and rectify the un-standard road at Trichy District at Thiruvermbur Legislative Area from the starting point of Thiruverumbur to Kallanai for 4 KM length by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2019 within a stipulated period as framed by this Court.

2. A Counter affidavit has been filed by the fourth respondent stating that the defects have been rectified and the road has been repaired. Photographs have also been produced. The petitioner, who is appearing in person, wants to order for measurement of the road, the thickness of the Thar road etc. This is a separate cause of action. The petitioner has to take up the issue before the higher authorities.

3. Therefore, while disposing of the writ petition, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the higher authorities for necessary investigation regarding the quality of the Thar road. No Costs.
