ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, in Cr.M.P.No.8627 of 2021 dated 17.11.2021.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the second respondent did not conduct any enquiry. Therefore, the petitioner was constrained to file a complaint for direction under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C before Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, in Crime No.8627 of 2021. The learned Judicial Magistrate, by order dated 17.11.2021, directed the second respondent to investigate and report.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to register the case as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II in Cr.M.P.No.8627 of 2021 dated 17.11.2021 as against the accused persons forthwith and investigate the same.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
