ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, who appears as party-in-person, seeks a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 6 to take appropriate action to remove the Arch of Ambasamudram situated at Ambasamudram to Tirunelveli Main Road, in pursuant to his representation dated 12.03.2020.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Arch has been in existence from the year 1945 onwards and it is not in public hindrance, as stated by the petitioner.

3. We have also perused the photographs of the Arch. It is of vintage origin. The road goes through the Arch. The petitioner neither has a right nor such a writ petition can be entertained by this Court. After giving a representation on 12.03.2020, the petitioner seeks removal of a Arch, which is in existence from the year 1945 onwards.
