2.Now the allegation against the petitioner is that suppressing the availability of the original documents in the hands of the respondent he obtained the order from the Court and also certificate from the concerned Police Officer as if the original document is missing. Now the original document has been produced by the respondents 3 to 5 before this Court. 3.Let this original documents be produced before the Enquiry Officer. The Enquiry Officer shall dispose of the complaint after completing the enquiry, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Let the petitioner appear before the respondent police and co-operate with them to complete the process of 2/4

enquiry. If any trouble arises, they can workout their remedy in appropriate manner.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
