ORDER
According to the petitioner, earlier the petitioner sought some informations from the third respondent / Public Information Officer, regarding the appointment of teachers in one middle school. But no information was furnished by the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Hence, he made an application to the second respondent, the second respondent also did not pass any orders on the application filed by the petitioner. Hence, he approached the first respondent by way of filing a second appeal on 02.11.2017, and the appeal is pending with the first respondent. So far, no order has been passed, hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the appeal is pending with the first respondent, the first respondent may be directed to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible.
3.Heard Mr.T.Sasidharan Tamilkani, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.K.Senthil, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the first respondent, and Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, as the appeal is pending with the first respondent, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
