ORDER
The petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti, Theni District in Cr.M.P.No.4359 of 2021, dated 30.11.2021, thereby, dismissed the complaint filed for a direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. 2.The crux of the complaint is that the petitioner is the son of the respondents 2 and 3 herein. The petitioner went abroad and he had sent money to the respondents 2 and 3 herein from the year 2004. When the petitioner returned to India, the amount sent by the petitioner had been swollen by the respondents 2 and 3 herein. They did not purchase any land or jewel as instructed by the petitioner. 3.Further, the petitioner did not state anything about what is the amount sent by him or on which date he sent the amount to the respondents 2 and 3. Crl.R.C.(MD)No.240 of 2022 had sent money to his parents, it will not constitute any offence as alleged by the petitioner and as such, the Court below has rightly dismissed the complaint and this Court finds no merits in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed.
