COMMON PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the second respondent in TIN:
33375362145/2012-2013, 33375362145/2013-2014 and 33375362145/2014-2015 dated 28.10.2016 and 04.11.2016 and quash the same.

2.By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petitions themselves are taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

deemed assessment basis, pre-revision notices were issued. Final orders have been passed and the same have been assailed in these Writ Petitions.
4.It is seen that the final orders were passed without affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. On this sole ground, the order impugned in these Writ Petitions are liable to be quashed. Accordingly, the impugned orders are quashed, subject to payment of 10% of tax amount by the petitioner. The matter is remitted to the file of the second respondent. The second respondent shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
