C-60.To entirely relax the condition of daily appearance imposed by this Honble Court in Crl OP(MD) NO.21612 of 2025 dt.27.11.2025 or in the alternative, modify the condition to as and when required by the Respondent police, and thus render justice.

ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21612 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. Further, the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet yet to be filed before the concerned Court.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21612 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21612 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required. 05.03.2026 To
