ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the witness No.6/injured to transfer the case in S.C.No.76 of 2013 from the file of the learned II-Additional Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District, to any other Court having competent jurisdiction to deal with the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent have submitted that during the pendency of the present petition, the case in S.C.No.76 of 2013 on the file of the II-Additional Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District, has been disposed of and the accused were convicted on 16.11.2016 and hence, this petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2015, is closed.
