This Criminal Original Petition is filled for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner without due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. The petitioner who is a Member of the Private Medical Practitioners Association of India informs that pursuant to the general crackdown of quacks, the petitioner,who has 10 years experience in Alopathic system of medicine is being harassed by the respondent.

4. The petitioner's right to practice Alopathic system of medicine is recognized in the Communication of the Director General of Police in Rc.No.147472 /Cr.IV (2)/2010 dated 19.06.2010 and the orders of this Court in Cont.P.No.775 of 2010 dated 23.07.2010. Again the right of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ members of the Private Medical Practitioners Association to so practice has been upheld by orders of this Court in a batch of writ petitions in

W.P.Nos.7402 and batch dated 15th June 2010. Accordingly, the respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner. This petition is ordered.
