(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief as such sought for cannot be considered in view of the fact that the Toll Plaza is collecting fee as per the statute for the purpose of maintaining the highways and it is the policy decision of the Government.

2. Thus, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
