************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third and fourth respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2024 and to remove the encroachment made by the fifth respondent in survey No.827/15, which is a common pathway.

2.Heard Mr.S.Raja Mohamed, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 3.The writ petitioner has not furnished the particulars of the classification of the property in Survey No.827/15. Since, the writ petition is bereft of particulars, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
