PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the case in Crime No.33 of 2015 from the file of the third respondent to any other investigation agency for fair and free investigation.

This petitioner seeks transfer of investigation in the case in Crime No.33 of 2015 from the file of the third respondent to any other investigation agency for fair and free investigation.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the State. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the petitioners specifically having informed the name of the accused the case stands registered as though the accused is unknown. The petitioner has made a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 in this regard. 4.Considering the rival submissions this criminal original petition shall stand disposed of with the direction to the second respondent to monitor investigation and ensure completion of investigation in an expeditious and efficient manner.
