ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 4. Though the fifth respondent has been served and his name is printed in the cause list, he has not chosen to enter appearance.
2.The petitioner seeks grant of electricity service connection for the petition mentioned house put up by him. The official respondents are not 2/4
processing the petitioner's application on the account of the objection raised by the fifth respondent. Merely because the fifth respondent has raised some objections, the petitioner's request cannot be denied. The official respondents will have to see if the fifth respondent's case falls within the four corners of law. If by taking indemnity bond from the petitioner, connection can be given to the petitioner, nothing can stop the official respondents from doing so. In any event, a decision shall be taken on the petition mentioned representation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
