ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Karunanidhi, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time for payment of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as costs, to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai vide order dated 10.02.2022

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to economic crisis he was not in a position to mobilize the fund, hence he was unable to comply with the conditions.

3. In view of the same, time already granted by this Court to deposit a sum of Rs.5000/- is extended till 21.03.2022, failing which the order already granted shall stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
