O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members for withdrawing his divorce petition under the guise of enquiry based on the second respondent's complaint.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the husband and that the first respondent police is harassing the petitioner, at the instance of the second respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that an enquiry was conducted and the complaint given by the second respondent was closed.
