This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere into the civil dispute and thereby not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that an enquiry was conducted and that the complaint given by the fourth respondent was enquired into and closed.
