This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in accordance with law pending investigation in Crime No.154 of 2017 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ instructions submitted that the investigation is almost over and

final report will be filed within two months.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the Criminal Original petition is allowed and the respondent herein is directed to file final report in Crime No.154 of 2017 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
