2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioners were acquitted vide judgment dated 18.05.2016 in respect of C.C.No.183 of 2013 and in view of the judgment passed on 18.05.2016, nothing remains for further adjudication in this matter.
