O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the transfer order passed by the first respondent dated 09.07.2024 and consequential order passed by second respondent on 10.07.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record. 3.The petitioner is an Anganwadi worker and she was transferred by the first respondent by order dated 09.07.2024 from Rathinam nagar Anganwadi, Theni Block, Theni District to Board School, Alagarsamy Colony, Theni Urban Block. On a perusal of the order dated 09.07.2024, it appears that basing on the complaint against the petitioner, she was transferred.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that consequent to the transfer order dated 09.07.2024, the petitioner joined in the new place on 11.07.2024 and she is working there till now.

5. On a careful consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court of the considered opinion that the petitioner failed to raise any valid ground to interfere into the transfer order dated 09.07.2024 passed by the District Collector. Once the petitioner joined in the new place as per the transfer order dated 09.07.2024, after six months, she is not permitted to challenge the same.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.

7. However, if the petitioner has any grievance to work at Board School, Alagarsamy Colony, Theni Urban Block, it is open to him to make a representation to the first respondent seeking transfer to any

nearby place. If such representation is received, the first respondent shall consider it sympathetically.

There shall be no order as to costs.
