This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C,praying for direction to the Respondent No.2 to secure the accused namely Mr.S. Rajkumar S/o. Shanmugasundaram who is arrayed as Accused No.2 in Crime No.719 of 2914 dated 14.06.2014 for the offences under Sections 406 468 420 and 506(i) of IPC on the file of the Respondent No.2 within the time stipulated.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that absconding charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.
