This petition has been filed to pass an order directing the change of investigation, pursuant to the case registered in Crime No.587 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent to some other investigating officer.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State represented that the F.I.R, registered in Crime No.587 of 2013, after completing the investigation, was closed as mistake of fact on 15.12.2013. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
