O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court in Crime No.29 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent under the supervision of the first respondent as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. On the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.29 of 2015, dated 12.01.2015 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 342, 324, 355, 307 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

I.P.C., and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act. The petitioner states that there is no further progress in the above complaint.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) however on instructions submitted that the investigation is almost over and that final report will be filed within one month.

5. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the Criminal Original petition is allowed and the second respondent is directed to file final report in Crime No.29 of 2015 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
