ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry in C.No.50/DSP/SPDR/DCP/DGL/17 dated 08.03.2017 alone is pending. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Prosecutor the respondent Police is directed to register an FIR or close the enquiry as expeditiously as possible and the respondent

Police should not harass the petitioner during enquiry and the petitioner shall cooperate with the enquiry.
