ORDER
This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10878 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1911 of 2023 in Crl.A. (MD)No.90 of 2023, by order dated 31.07.2023.
2. This Court, while suspending the sentence on 02.02.2023 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.1911 of 2023, directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Special Judge for Trial of Prevention of Corruption Act Cases, Madurai, once in a week at 10.30 a.m. pending appeal. Subsequently, on the petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10878 of 2023, this Court, by order dated 31.07.2023, modified the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court, once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Now, this petition is filed seeking to relax the said condition.
3. Today, when this petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to appear before the trial Court once in a month and comply with the condition imposed by this Court. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
